How we protect you
- Our employees wear masks.

- Additional cleaning of all door handles, light switches etc.
- The key cards are disinfected after each departure.

- Our housekeeping staff wear disposable gloves when cleaning the rooms and ensure intensive cleaning and disinfection of sensitive areas in the hotel.

How to protect yourself
- Maintain 1 metre distance from people
- ALL GUESTS MUST WEAR a mask in the hotel or restaurant. (except at the table)
- Avoid touching eyes, nose and mouth
- Wash your hands frequently
- Sneeze or cough in the crook of the arm or in a handkerchief.
- Don´t shake hands due to Corona
- Use the provided disinfection dispenser and disposable gloves in the restaurant / buffet area
- Use contactless payment methods
- Follow the instructions of the employees.
- Do not travel if you have symptoms. If you get symptoms during your stay, get in contact with your host immediately.
Special cancellation policy due to COVID-19 (corona crisis):
In order for you to be able to plan a relaxing and wonderful vacation at the Hotel Almrausch in Carinthia, we temporarily defused the cancellation policy:
For all arrivals until 01.November.2020, a free cancellation or postponement up to 1 week before arrival is possible (in July & August - 14 days before arrival). Advance payments already made can be kept as a credit in the hotel. Of course, there is also the option that a deposit already made will be refunded.
Almrausch-Cancellation policy:
- Cancellation requests received 7 or less days before the agreed arrival date: 90% of total booking amount minus meals
- Cancellation requests received 20 to 8 days before the agreed arrival date: 50% of total booking amount minus meals
- Cancellation requests received up to 21 days before the agreed arrival date: cancellation free of charge; booking amount will be refunded in full within 2 to 3 working days.
